By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 777ax platform (the "Platform"), you ("User", "Player", "you") confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 777ax Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 777ax concerning your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings of any nature relating to the subject matter hereof.

In addition to the age requirement, you represent and warrant that:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law;
• Online gaming is not prohibited under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which 777ax is legally prohibited from operating;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director or immediate family member of a 777ax employee or affiliate;
• You are not using automated software, bots or any third-party programme to interact with the Platform.

You acknowledge that you are personally responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using the Platform. 777ax makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one registered 777ax account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where 777ax identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, all accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited and balances withheld pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information when registering your 777ax account, including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details. You are obligated to keep your registration information up to date. 777ax accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777ax login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 777ax support immediately at [email protected]. 777ax will never request your password via email, live chat or any channel other than the official login form at 777ax.vip.

4.1 Currency

All 777ax account balances, deposits, withdrawals and wagers are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777ax supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Visa/Mastercard, USDT TRC20 and direct bank transfer via major Pakistani banks including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit at 777ax is Rs 500. Deposits are processed immediately upon confirmation by the relevant payment processor. 777ax does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose network or service fees independently.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with 777ax's anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. 777ax reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard processing times are: JazzCash and Easypaisa — immediate to 2 hours; bank transfer — 1 to 4 business hours; USDT TRC20 — subject to network confirmation times.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

777ax complies with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to monitoring. 777ax reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for transactions it deems high-risk. Suspicious activity may be reported to relevant authorities.

All bonuses and promotional offers issued by 777ax are subject to specific wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, minimum odds (where applicable), maximum bet limits and expiry periods, as communicated at the time of the offer. General conditions applicable to all 777ax bonuses include:

• Bonuses may only be used for their stated purpose (e.g., slots, live casino, sports betting) unless the offer explicitly states otherwise;
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the stated wagering requirement has been completed;
• Multiple simultaneous bonus claims are not permitted unless expressly authorised;
• 777ax reserves the right to withdraw, modify or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage, matched betting using 777ax funds, or exploitation of promotional terms in bad faith — will result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings and may result in account closure;
• Free spins and free crash tickets expire within 24 hours of issue unless otherwise stated.

All bets and wagers placed on the 777ax Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product in question (sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, fishing games). In all cases:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player;
• In the event of a technical fault or interruption that prevents a game or bet from concluding normally, 777ax reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the Player's account;
• 777ax reserves the right to void bets placed as a result of obvious pricing errors;
• The Platform's records of bets and game outcomes shall be the definitive record in the event of any dispute;
• Cricket betting odds, including PSL markets, are subject to change up to the moment a market is suspended for in-play or settlement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777ax Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registration under a false identity or on behalf of another person;
• Use of automated software, bots, scrapers or artificial intelligence to interact with any part of the Platform;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches or pricing errors for financial gain;
• Any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime;
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes;
• Sharing of login credentials with any third party;
• Use of VPNs, proxies or anonymising tools to bypass geographical or regulatory restrictions.

All content on the 777ax Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, graphics, game assets, software, text, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of 777ax or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified or exploited for commercial purposes without the express written consent of 777ax.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ax shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform;
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors or interruptions beyond 777ax's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where 777ax has not been negligent in the protection of Platform security;
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 777ax's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session limits, cooling-off periods and permanent self-exclusion — are accessible from within every registered 777ax account. Players who elect to self-exclude from 777ax will have their account suspended for the duration selected. During a self-exclusion period, 777ax will not contact the Player with any marketing communications and will refuse any attempt to reopen the account before the exclusion period expires.

777ax reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, collusion or abuse; failure to pass identity verification; or request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority. Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance shall be forfeited. Real-money balance held at the time of suspension may be withheld pending investigation and returned to the Player if the investigation concludes in their favour.

777ax reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 777ax is licensed to operate. In the event of a dispute, Players should in the first instance contact 777ax support to seek informal resolution. 777ax aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
